Processing time
Stock gear — shafts, gloves, and completes — ships from the Baltimore field house in one to two business days. Heads are a little different: every head is strung, thrown, and tuned by hand before it leaves the bench, so give those an extra day in the shop before the clock on the shipping estimate starts.
Order before noon Eastern on a weekday and we do our best to get it out the same afternoon. Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day.

- Orders over $75 ship free, anywhere in the contiguous United States.
- Under $75, flat-rate ground is $6.95.
- Need it fast? Two-day air runs $18.95 and is calculated from the ship date, not the order date.
- Ebooks and playbooks are delivered by email — no shipping, no wait.
Free-shipping thresholds are figured on the gear subtotal before tax. Adding a $28 electrolyte tub to a $60 order is the easy way over the line — and a smart one before two-a-days.
Tracking
The moment your order leaves the bench you’ll get a tracking number by email. If the tracking hasn’t moved after two business days, that’s on us to chase — reach the crew and we’ll sort it.
Where we ship
We ship to all fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii (rates there are quoted at checkout). We don’t ship internationally yet — if you’re outside the U.S. and want a stick, email us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
