If a piece of gear isn’t right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you throwing with something you trust, not settling for a stick that fights you.
What comes back
- Unstrung gear — shafts, gloves, and unused completes — comes back in resale condition for a full refund.
- Strung heads we tuned for you can be returned unused; once a head’s been on the field and broken in, we handle it as an exchange or store credit instead.
- Supplements can be returned unopened. Opened tubs aren’t resalable, but if something tastes off or upset your stomach, tell us — we’ll make it right.
- Ebooks and playbooks are digital and final sale, but they’re covered by our money-back guarantee — if a guide didn’t help, email us within 30 days.
How to start one
Email the crew with your order number and a line on what’s wrong. We’ll send a prepaid label for anything defective or mis-shipped; on a change-of-mind return, return shipping is on you. Refunds land on your original payment method within five business days of the gear reaching the bench.
Grabbed the 30″ attack shaft and needed the 60″ d-pole? Exchanges for a different length, size, or finish ship free one way. Just note the swap when you reach out.
Warranty on gear
Beyond the return window, our shafts are backed against dents and bends under normal play. Fold a handle taking a legal check and we’ll sort you out — that’s the whole pitch on a bar built to survive the season. Gloves and heads carry the manufacturer’s defect warranty; if something fails that shouldn’t, start with us and we’ll walk it through.
